Today’s blog and on Violet Wisdom Inspiration Radio Molly and Marie discuss the importance of Finding Your Joy, Raising Your Vibration and the Power of Laughter.
Low Vibration– Think something like Marilyn Manson, Gothic, headbanging music, watching videos with zombies – killing, Call of Duty video game where you are killing people time and time again. Bad spirits love people that invite in low vibrational living.
High Vibration – Think Angels, Spirit Guides, Ascended Masters like Jesus, and Buddha.
We all have the ability to learn how to speak to our Angels or Spirit Guides. I want to explain to you what it sounds like when you are speaking with your Angels or Spirit Guides in your ear so you can recognize it. Think of when you’ve gone to a concert and then you lay your head on your pillow at night when you get home and you hear like a high pitched ringing in your ears which is a result of all the loud continuous noise you heard that night. That’s what it sounds like when your Angels and Spirit Guides are communicating with your or trying to get your attention.
Clairaudience hearing – The ability to hear frequencies – with your spiritual ears.
When you start communicating with your Angels and Spirit Guides on a regular basis and get good at it, you may begin to notice a ringing in your ears. When the ringing noticeably “notches up into a higher pitch,” slow down, be aware, and listen because something important is happening. You are receiving a direct psychic message from one of your Spirit Guides.
How To Make Deposits In Your Spiritual Bank Account and Raise Your Vibration:
*Do good deeds for others unconditionally.
*Speak kindly of others.
*Stay out of the drama zone.
*Live a truthful life. Be a person of integrity in which you are the same person regardless of who you are with or the situation, AND for sure regardless of whether anyone is looking or not. I need to stress this – integrity means you are a rock, your integrity cannot be bought at any cost you are unchangeable.
*Have kind thoughts for yourself. Learn to not be so hard on yourself or forgive yourself for past mistakes. Stop those negative thoughts and “looping behavior,” the habit of victimizing yourself by returning in your mind to the wrong that’s been done to you.
*Send other people healing good thoughts. This is a big vibration raiser – Send a prayer or healing energy to someone you are having a tough time or argument with. (It’s easy to pray for those we love – but we are called to help everyone so praying for someone to heal, learn a spiritual lesson with the best of intentions or wishes of kindness raises your vibration more than you could ever know.) I know it’s not easy and one of the toughest things but praying for someone you really don’t like, who has hurt you or a family member is difficult yes, but it is very important in raising the vibration process.
Praying for difficult people:
*Softens our hearts.
*Inspires growth, forgiveness, compassion and learning in us.
*Initiates growth, forgiveness, compassion and learning for your adversary.
Speed Praying – The simple act of praying for someone in 20 seconds or less. Make it easy so it comes naturally for you to do throughout the day.
God, we ask you today to please soften our hearts, teach us the beauty, blessings and learning in forgiving others unconditionally and please specifically help us heal those relationships that are challenges for us currently (You can insert a specific person’s name here). Thank you. Amen.
By learning the lesson from this difficult encounter, forgiving that person and actually thanking them for the lesson put before you allows you to move forward in life and to not be stuck in quicksand or the “grey zone” where no movement occurs.
***You can not force someone to forgive you. But you have the choice to move forward past your wounds of the past.
Dr. Madan Kataria is credited with starting the first laughter club in India in 1995. When he realized that the body gets the same benefits from laughter whether it’s real or forced, he encouraged participants to laugh for no reason. It worked. Today, his website counts over 6,000 laughter clubs in 60 countries. The yoga piece comes from combining yogic breathing with laughter.
The average child laughs 300-400 times a day. The average adult laughs only 10-15 times a day.
